Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The PWRHero11 vacuum is a nice addition to my floor cleaning. It is light weight making it easy for me to use and carry up the stairs. I was surprised at how much dirt and dog hair it sucked up even after I had used my canister vacuum. This vacuum maneuvers easily under my kitchen table and chairs and picked up the dirt along my kitchen wood floor baseboards that my canister vacuum left behind. I really like how it also becomes a handheld vacuum for easy use of my stairs. There are 3 suction levels which I find myself using the max one. I do wish when restarting it went back to the last suction level I used. It is easy to clean and empty and willlet you know if you have to clean the roller head if there is too much hair. It vacuumed up one of my grandkids crayons but I was able to remove from cleaner head area easily. I was happy it was able to vacuum up play doh my grandkids had gotten in the carpet. The motor isn’t too loud, it recharges easily and keeps a charge long enough for me to vacuum 3 bedrooms, living & family room and kitchen and still have a charge left. This vacuum comes with everything you need even the screws to mount to a wall.

Great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Visually this machine is pretty so you can hang it on his wall mount pretty much anywhere in your house so it can be on hand whenever you need it, also it is very light weight that even a kid can manage it well enough, it can turn on corners pretty easy and it came with several tools for different Surfaces around the house, you can hang it on the wall mount but it can also stand by itself, very easy to manipulate and to clean, the filter can be hand washed monthly and replace yearly, it came with 3 velocity power power suction, pretty cool! On the down side, the container isn't to big so it needs to be cleaned several times if you are cleaning the whole house, even when maybe can pick up medium/large debris, I'll not recommend because it doesn't work all the time, so keep a broom on your garage in case of a big mess

Best stick vacuum ever…and I’ve had them all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t know much about the Tineco brand until my parents purchased a stick vacuum that they raced about. So I was pretty keen on picking one up, and I will say, hands down, this is by far the best vacuum cleaner I’ve ever owned! The suction is outstanding! The vacuum itself is very light compared to other cordless vacs. But my very favorite feature is the trigger lock. This keeps you from having to squeeze the power button down the entire time it’s in use. In the past I’ve had very nice, name brand, cordless vacs that don’t have this feature. And over time the switch shorts out and my hand hurts from having to squeeze down on the button! So this one is much more ergonomically designed. My joints thank you!
The vacuum came with the main brush head, which has LED lights, the 2-in-1 dusting brush, the crevice tool and the mounting dock with charger. There are 3 filters that need cleaned regularly and eventually replaced, in order to maintain good suction power. There is a pre-filter cleaning tool, which you can buy separately.
The vacuum has 3 modes, Low/Med/Max that you toggle between. I originally planned to just use mine on our tile flooring and low pile rugs. Then I decided to try it out on the carpet. It was shocking how much dirt, hair and lint it picked up! Now I use it regularly for the whole house. The manual says battery runtime for a full charge at low/med/max speed is 40 mins/19 mins/12 mins respectively. I would say that’s pretty accurate so far. Our house is only 2,000 sq ft so it’s not an issue for me. But if you have a large home you may want to invest in another battery so one is always ready to go.
The only small annoyances I’ve found with the design so far is that sometimes the wheels squeak, and the head gets stuck in a turned position when I’m working in tight spaces. Not a big deal though to just use my foot to straighten it back out again.
Still, this is minor compared to how well it works. I will be recommending this cordless vacuum to my friends and family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is ok. My favorite part is the light, it really helps in my dim lit room. Cons: the battery does not stay charged for full hour. It is not as powerful as my other stick vacuum. Container get full very quickly, having to sun frequently. It also gets clogged at the bottom after a couple uses. I will still use this for small jobs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So i was hoping this would be the vacuum i could use for my apartment, because it says it’s easy to use on carpet and hard wood floor and so i was very excited to get rid of my others and have less clutter. It could be better in my opinion. The only setting that actually sucks up dirt and debris is the maximum one and the battery only last a few minutes when using that setting. Considering i charged it for 3 hours and it only lasted long enough for me to vacuum my kitchen. Kinda depressing. But it is very cute and it works really well. The battery is the only problem for me.

Amazing vacuum!

First and foremost, it’s cordless and super lightweight. It’s so easy to move it around my house. Next, the different accessories that come with the vacuum are so helpful. It’s so easy to convert from a handheld vacuum. The wall Mount is so smart and so beneficial when I store it away. Finally, there are 3 modes in regards to the power which helps to vacuum on different surfaces. I definitely recommend you purchase this vacuum right now!
