[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is a 2 of 5 star in my opinion. It does not steer well, the wheels do their own thing! It does however have decent suction. But it is made out of low quality material in my opinion. It is ok, but I would not recommend to a friend

Powerful and compact !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tineco Power Hero 11 is the best small vacuum I have ever used. I would highly recommend purchasing this. We use it to get into small spaces, like under our kitchen cabinets. Great if you have pets. It is compact and easy to use. Cordless and great for a quick clean up. I use it every day. Great product and very powerful. It has 3 power levels and attachments to reach hard spots.

This is one handy vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is really nice and does the job. It's easy to assemble and to use. I love that it maneuvers easily, I can get through corners or sides that a bulky vacuum will have a hard time. I like that it is light on your hand too. I wish though that is has more power so I can vacuum rugs or carpet with it with more power. It does the job but since I haven't used a vacuum like this, I feel like I have to do more. It has a nice container that can be easily emptied so I am happy about it. I also like that it is very compact that you can just stick or hang it on the wall with the hanger that it came with. This is very effective for wood or vinyl floors! I have a dog that sheds so much, and I am quite happy on how much this vacuum can do. I know I am not supposed to do this, but I sometimes use it to run through my shedding dog and it does the trick! So yeah, I am happy, and I recommend this specially for apartment dwellers or specifically the kitchen where you do not want to use your regular vaccum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic product. It was easy to assemble. The battery stays charged for a long time. The floor unit does a great job, especially getting all the dog hair. The detachable unit is great to get into corners and under furniture that is difficult to move. I also used it to clean the car and it did a great job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a generic stick vacuum before but after a few months, the battery fizzled. It would charge, but I couldn't even finish a room any more before it died. I got this one a few weeks ago, and everything about it is better than I had. It has more power, gets the edge between the carpet and wall better, and I can do my whole main floor on one charge. If I have battery issues, I'll update this review and let you know. But, I'm sold on the "stick vacuum" form and style. They (especially this one) are just easier to grab off the wall mount and go. No cords. Easy to pick up and walk to a different area. Easy to empty out right over the trash can. Love it!

Amazing power and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the little cordless vacuum that could – it is really really good! I love that you can switch from a long handle and a handheld style vacuum. I also was delighted to discover that the lowest speed is the default when you turn it on, saving battery during the most typical type of use. But, BUT, you have two more selections for power to really amp it up when needed – I use this to get in those crevices along the baseboards and on my carpeted stairs. You may not think that you want to have this installed on your wall, because that is the biggest pain point for this product, but trust me go ahead and take the 10 minutes to hang this on the wall near a plug in your kitchen or garage. I have been using this for the past week and a half, and I’m very happy with how much debris it collects where their seemingly should be none. It is so easy to empty it out, and there are great directions on how to clean the filter although I haven’t done that yet. I’m excited to have this tool to help keep out the messes of life. Five stars!!

Please Don’t Buy This

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, here’s the deal— I know I expect a lot from a vacuum— I’ve got 4 bustling kids, a dog, a cat, and a 3,500 sq ft home with a lot of hard wood. So— I kept my expectations low, but I really want my kids to take responsibility for vacuuming the hard floors in our home each day to help keep up with our constant stream of dirt. This vacuum did impress me with how much it got up, but only when it worked. We fully charged it, got 1- 7 minute vacuum session with it out of the box, and it went downhill from there. This vacuum battery doesn’t last more that 1.5 minutes after the first vacuum(even with a full charge)- which is a HUGE disappointment. It is super lightweight which is nice, but also, do not think this will work on carpets, it doesn’t. We have lots of rugs, and I was hopeful, but again, disappointed. When it worked, I was impressed, but I might have gotten a dud, because based on my research, this seemed to be a good vacuum, but I don’t agree- my biggest regret is I let my daughter screw its whole hangy apparatus up to the wall! It’s headed to the trash, and we’ve only had it a few days. So sad. I think they need to fix the battery issue.
