Works Fantastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love how this vacuum can get into any little space like under a bed or under the kitchen table. I’ve had this vacuum for 3 days and have used it twice a day. The suction has 3 speeds but on the lowest speed picks up everything. I have two dogs and one is afraid of a regular vacuum but when I used the pro hero 11, she didn’t attack it. It’s not loud. It’s my new toy. Top comes off for hand use and comes with attachments. It took 4 hours to fully charge but since I’ve been using it, the charge has held so far. Battery detached and you can charge on a counter top or wherever you see fit. Comes with all that you need to hang in a wall or hang inside a closet. I’ll never use another regular vacuum again. I love my pro hero 11.

Reasonable for daily cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly use this on my wooden and tiles floors and not over the rugs. It’s lightweight and easy to use over hard surfaces. It sucks up dirt and hair reasonably well. I will look for a more powerful one for my rugs since I have a dog at home. The light is quite useful so I can see the dark corners and edges as I am vacuuming.

Great cordless vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum has been able to navigate both hardwood and area rugs effectively. Got to love the cordless feature, of course. We have three dogs who shed and we are keeping this vacuum busy! It’s very effective!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with this product and this company. The packaging was very helpful. They had stickers with customer service info and clear instructions. etc. Everything to make me feel like if there was an issue, I would be taken care of. Fortunately, there were no issues! The vacuum itself is pretty incredible. I cannot believe a vacuum that light can have so much sucking power! We have tried a bunch of Shark, Bissel, and Dyson vacuums but non of them pick up our dog's hair as the PWRHERO11 did! Easy to clean, easy to maintain, they even give you a free filter if you register your product. Tineco for the win!

Feels Like a Toy Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were so excited to receive this vacuum. We put it together and charged it for 2 days. The vacuum battery lasted through the entire house on high which was great. But moving around the furniture was difficult. Anytime I moved around the foot of the table the base of the vacuum would flip up and stick. So, I would have to push it back down to the floor in order to keep vacuuming. It started to feel like a toy vacuum, very stiff plastic type that didn't roll very well after about 5 minutes. However, this is a lightweight vacuum that has decent power and has a larger canister that what I'm used to so I didn't have to stop and dump it during the vacuuming. I love the lights on the front of the vacuum. That really helps in the dark corners of the house. That was a nice perk to the vacuum.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this stick vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have lots of tile downstairs and a shaggy little dog that brings in lots of debris! This stick vacuum is perfect for a quick pick up or for a full area clean up. It is lightweight, has lots of power and great attachments. I love that it can be hung up with its accessory that also holds the attachments. It works great as a handheld vacuum when removing the stick portion and the crevice tool and soft brush work well to get between cushions and other small areas. So far, the battery has held its charge throughout my usage. Overall, I am very pleased with it.

Great maneuverable vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good lightweight, cordless vacuum. It is easy to see what you are picking up since the lights are LED. The handle comes off and it becomes a hand held vacuum. It swivels which is a nice feature. Needs regular charging though which can be a hassle.
