I clearly did a video after installing the device on how it was unable to lock and showed the geek squad unit only for them telling me to pay 100CAD for replacement and their team coming to reinstall. This is the most expensive product I’ve bought from bestbuy and I'm regretting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
