Initially a good product, but it stop working after 1 year. The machine is giving an error code that is not even documented and the motor seems dead
Pros: Easy Operation
Cons: Did Not Work as Expected, Difficult Set up

Questioning it’s temperature rating..

This product has worked flawlessly for the last 6 months. However, as soon as the temperature dropped to below 5 Celsius, the keypad has entirely stopped working - locking one of my family members out on multiple occasions. The claim about the product being designed for Canadian winters is questionable at best.
Cons: Did Not Work as Expected
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
