Unfortunately I really can’t give an honest review because when we went to install it not everything was in the box which really sucked because we were really looking forward to seeing this one

Works good but could be great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a couple of other brands like this one in the house and this one is good but we wish that it it was WiFi capable. It is Bluetooth but we can't access it or remotely if we are out of the home. It works consistently and accurately. Price is slightly higher than I would like but not too much more than others. We are curious about the next generation of it.

Easy to install!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packaging of the box is very nice. Everything is organized and packaged neatly inside making it easier to find the instructions and components. The installation instructions were easy to follow. The option of using BILT helps provide visuals. If you have an existing deadbolt on your door, installation is very easy. The smart lock is easy to use. The app is simple and easy to pair with the lock. The smart lock looks nice and is a great upgrade to a standard lock.

Great intro to smart home products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice product, especially if you are new to smart home products. It was very easy to install and program. The app was easy to download and pair with the device, and also easy to add family members to the paired device on their phone. I also like the fact that this lock still comes with physical keys just in case anything were to happen.
The one negative about this lock model is if you also have a deadbolt. If you use a deadbolt as well, you will still need to carry a physical key for the lock. Other than that, I was happy with all other aspects of the smart lock.

Easy to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hubby had this installed in no time. Love the connivence of being key free at times. Especially for my son who constantly leaves his key at home. Keypad is nice and bright at night and works great. Will have to purchase more for my other doors

Sleek Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Smart Lock is so easy to use. I love that I don't have to carry around a key with me when I go out. It is so convenient to be able to use the TouchPad to get back into my house. The black design matches so well with my homes exterior. Installation is very easy and didn't take me long.
