[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this Alfred smart lock to try and give our opinion. This is the first smart lock we have ever owned and are really impressed already! You can either type your code in or use a key, so that is neat. You can also download the app, which will lock it with the push of a button! Very easy to use!

Lock works ok Except if it’s really cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first would like to note that I received this product complimentary for my honest review. That being said, although this lock works ok the instructions to install were one of the absolute worst. Just diagrams for the most part. It took my googling to find out if I needed the drive in collar was a type of lock feature that you only needed to put on if that was the kind of lock you had. So if you have the standard lock DON’T TAKE THE PLATES OFF. Anyway, instructions are awful but after two attempts I got the lock on and able to function. It’s attractive looking and smaller than most keypad locks and it works except if it’s cold. On days where the weather is below 40°F the automatic lock function does not work so you always need to have your keys on you. It is such a bummer because you would think for the value of this lock they’d be able to solve this problem but alas no. So for that and the terrible instructions, the lock is just OK.

This smart deadbolt is a very nice, secure addition to my home security setup. It takes a bit to get it set up. There are YouTube videos that walk you through step by step. You can set up to 20 pin codes so it helps with knowing who is coming in and out. Overall great product!

It looks great, functional, easy to set up, has a ton of features but you only need a few to have a complete peace of mind and hassle-free in and out when your hands are engaged with kids or grocery bags

Easy to use!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this smart lock for free from Influenster and Alfred for my honest opinion. I have never used a smart lock before but this was easy. No problems installing or learning how it works. It starts you with a temporary passcode and then you easily switch it to whatever you want. There is an app to download. My door is safe and secured.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. Alfred DB1S Smart Lock was super easy to install. After installing, we kept receiving a battery malfunction beep, and we weren't able to go any further. We were never able to set it up to Bluetooth or set anything else up. We believe that there's a short somewhere in the wiring because if you touch it just right, the beeping quits just to start again when you let it go. We have tried to troubleshoot everything we could, and we wish that we could've fixed it because we were really looking forward to trying this out. It is a nice, sleek, modern design, and it's just what we needed to upgrade our existing (non- bluetooth) smart lock. I appreciate the opportunity, and I'm sorry that it didn't work out. If we're able to get this to work, I will update this review with our experience. Thank you. #incentivized
