Easy Install and Set Up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fairly easy to install with not too many steps. My young adult daughter and I were able to manage. Had a little hiccup but we discovered we forgot to flip a switch so it was an easy fix. Comes with two hard keys which makes me feel better about being locked out. Batteries are on the inside of the door and very easy to replace.
The app takes some exploring to figure out how to assign codes but once you get it figured out it has great features. You can set the lock to auto lock (handy with teenagers that forget to lock the door). There’s an away mode (good for vacation). Users can be invited by text (invites them to sign into the app). The touch screen is a little finicky in responding. You have to put your palm on it to get it to activate. It also took us a minute to figure out how to manually lock the door from the outside (press and hold any key). Overall it’s a great little lock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this smart lock. It can be used on any door in the house and can have up to 20 unique PIN codes. The lock is good quality and I love that it’s a deadbolt. This lock would be perfect for my room door to keep out kids.

So far, so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is relatively easy to install, it took me about 15-20 minutes and then a little bit longer to get everything programmed to my liking. I like that it has a key because I still have a fear of batteries not working and me not being able to get into my house. I expected it to come with a handle based on the picture shown when I ordered it but it did not so it looks kind of silly with a satin nickel handle and a black deadbolt so I'll have to figure that out. And my router is pretty close to the door so I don't expect any connectivity issues and have not had any so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great sleek and stylish smart lock. Best part is, it has Bluetooth and key override. So you’ll never actually be locked out. I needed my husband for assistance but it was simple and under 45 mins. 10/10 recommend!
