Beautiful color but wheels don’t spin as well as I feel they should for a “spinner set”. Also having trouble resetting the lock code. Happy w/ my purchase however.

Nice but very disappointed with tie down straps

These look nice, roll like a dream but the straps to hold your clothes in place are fixed length elastic. Loose elastic at that. They do not hold your clothes tightly in place so if you open the wrong side, everything falls out :(. I am used to fabric straps that loosen and tighten based on what you need and I pack neatly with the straps pulled tight. I hate them and haven't even left for my trip yet. Lesson learned; make sure to scrutinize the hold down straps before buying new luggage.

Wheels defective

One of the wheels disintegrated a few months after purchase through normal use. Of course, such damage to the wheels is not covered by warranty and replacement wheels are not sold. Essentially, the suitcase has become a worthless product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
