I haven’t gotten to fully use them yet; however, they were exactly what I was looking for! The locking mechanism seems easy to use. They are already quite big on the inside, and I love that you can expand them a little more! The outside texture does make it seem like it’ll be pretty resilient to scratches. So far I’m very happy with my purchase! I’m looking forward to seeing how well they will hold up when I start traveling!

Super hard and resilient shell while it's lightweight material far exceeded my expectations for "light-weight materials." Highly recommend buying this product if your looking for the cheaper-end of the brand. Well worth the purchase. The silver color looks different than what is depicted in the picture. The picture shows a sort of brown color but when it arrived it is a light silver color.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
