[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am strongly disappointed by the quality and durability of a Samsonite suitcase I recently purchased. After just one use, the exterior of the suitcase is severely and fully scratched. The material appears to be of very poor quality, and based on its current condition, it is clear that this luggage will not last more than three or four trips.
The level of cosmetic and structural degradation after a single journey is unacceptable for an expensive brand like Samsonite. I will not buy it again nor recommend it to anyone.

As a frequent traveller, this was an investment and I saw the immediate benefits. Lightweight luggage that moves easily through the busiest airports that can still tolerate being tossed around by baggage handlers. Handles are ergonomic and collapse easily. Really an excellent purchase!
