Well built sturdy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The streamline design and build makes this maceball extremely good quality. There’s texture grip for hold. Easy to use for multiple workouts. I’m currently using this item to help strengthen my right shoulder. I have weaken muscles causing issues. This will be a great addition to help build muscle strength.
