[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] very nice quality! the entire rod is easy to grip it is not slippery. wish it came with a stand, but other than that it is great. i needed/wanted one for more functionality and it is perfect for that

Great addition to my home gym

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always wanted to try a macebell! Its only 10lb but for a small girl like myself that's effective enough! I can add to my workouts and do decent strength training aside from my dumbells. I tried it with sumo squats, which are my favorite ☆

Very Long

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steel May spell 10 lb is heavier on one side not heavy on the other side it's like a staff cuz it doesn't have the ball piece on both sides it's very long it's like almost taller than me and I'm 5'3
