A divine MCM piece!

The Banting sideboard finished off a kitchen renovation perfectly. I’m using it at a drinks cabinet in an adjacent room, and was able to free up 3 kitchen cupboards. Wow, has that been helpful! It’s an exact replica of a ‘70s piece my in-laws had (and which I coveted). BUT, this was a nightmare to assemble (especially when I thought it came assembled). We followed the 14 steps in our 26 page instruction booklet and it took 3+ hours to put together. The last piece, a door hinge, was faulty and I still don’t have a replacement (ergo, the 4 star rating). In the end, we used lots of muscle to get everything evened up and the door works satisfactorily. The interior is spacious with adjustable shelving, and the drawers are nice and deep. To net it out, we love the sideboard. Customer service? Not so much.
