Needs to include cleaning solution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product and very easy to assemble and use. The initial charge time is a bit long but my only complaint would be that it did not come with any cleaner to get started with. The instructions indicate to only use Tineco cleaner but where do you find that at? It’s not a household cleaner name or the customer would have to order it which takes away from the excitement of being able to use it right away. It’s lighter than what I thought it would be and just a few swipes across the floor was all it took to see the difference. Noise level was very minimal.

Cleans the surface perfectly. The device's charge was enough for two cleanings, but I have a small hard floor area. The noise level is slightly below average, I was comfortable.
The suction power is excellent. The floor was slightly damp after cleaning, and it was dry in a couple of minutes. This is ideal. The only thing is that after switching off, the device must be immediately placed on the stand, since a little water drips from the wet nozzle.
Also for me a big plus is the portability. Since the device is wireless, it is absolutely easy to move it to the desired room.

A must need cleaning product!

This product was so helpful with keeping and maintaining clean floors which can be a especially hard challenge with a puppy like me. Not only was this easy to set up but it works like a charm in every aspect. It mops the floors in a way that allows much convenience and comfort for me without sacrificing quality! The noise is similar to a regular vacuum and is to be expected with this product. In terms of battery life, this comes with an easily portable and useful charger that can be set up within seconds and used to charge the vacuum when needed. So far it has lasted me enough time for me to get through the house so I am so happy with it! Overall, I loved this product so much and recommend!!

It’s very portable. The battery life is great. There is barely any noise it also self cleans. What more do you ask for in a vacuum and mop combo?

Great way to pick up messes and general cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A more compact version of washing floors, lighter than other water vacuum more solid and works fine. As loud as other models. Replacing mop and bucket for this but won't replace my go to vacuum. Charges 5 hours and use is 30 mins, tank is good size.

Vacuum and mop all in one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it. I really like how this vacuum has a pivotal base and the way it just sucks up everything without any effort. I like how easy is it to mop with with. The noise level is much quieter than most vacuums I've dealt with. This vacuum moves around with such ease and once done just place it back on the charging pad. It does take roughly five hours to get a full charge but well worth it not to mention that is does self cleaning. This has definitely replaced my older vacuum.
