Very disappointing

Putting this up took two people and almost an hour. After it was up, after less than two weeks the Velcro fasteners tore away from the canopy. Total waste of money!

This canopy goes up and down very easily. The case keeps it compact. It is a little heavy but nothing that can’t be handled. I’ve had several people ask about where it was purchased from.

MIssing a screw

We received the product last week and when trying to use it the first time noticed that a screw from one of the side supports was missing, which did not allow that side to properly lift. Now I have been on the hunt for a screw that will fit so we can still use this canopy as its not a standard screw. Otherwise it seems to be a good product, I hope we get to use it.

Good product, maybe misleading description

I like this canopy and it is nicely priced compared to others I have seen. My only complaint is that they call it a one-person pop up canopy and, it is a real chore to do this as one person. I did it, yes, but I was sweating to death and it took at least 10-15 minutes to do alone. I am 5'2 and can BARELY get it to lock in place on my own. The "button" they mention is inside under the canopy and hard to access. I would buy the canopy again, I just wish I understood better how much work it would be. I would say this is just like any other canopy where you need a few friends to help walk it in and out to set up. Nothing super special.
