Unusable product and no response from BCP

I initially emailed June 6 that a piece of the canopy was broken. The emailed back that they would get right back to me. As of today, no one hasn’t gotten back with me and my canopy is not usable. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Roof Collapse and Broken Metal

I really wanted to like this product. Unfortunately, after a month of use it’s already broken. The roof collected too much rain and the metal support beams snapped causing the roof to collapse, breaking a few of my girlfriends potted plants in the process. Luckily no one was underneath it at the time.

Quick & easy but needs improvements…

Love how quick & easy it is to set up, but unfortunately the canopy material is thin & flimsy. Three of the eight Velcro straps ripped the first time I used it (stitching is also poor & not reinforced). It does it’s job by shading us from the sun, I just don’t know how long it will last. BCP customer service was great though in handling the issue.

Products are garbage!!!

BCP are garbage cheap made they last o time and BCP does not have replacement parts and they do not stans behind their products at all. I bought this canopy and made the mistake but not opening right away because I didn't need to use it and was going through health issues at the time so wasn't able to do what I ordered it to use for so I just opened it because the garbage umbrella that I had brought from them had broke because it was cheap made too and I wasn't even able to use this canopy. So sad very bad products ts and business. Hope you all have better luck than I have cause I will never shop here even again. If you want a good product don't shop here go somewhere else!!! I would have put no stars but ìt wouldn't let me.

lasted for less than a month

lasted for less than a month. Waited till all heavy rain season to pass, set it up few weeks ago, just got a light rain and wind yesterday. Came out in the morning and it all collapsed and broke down. Lasted only for three weeks and enjoyed for only three days. Again a light rain and 6 mile wind and it totally broke in the middle toward the inside and the four corner stand bended in. Must have been made really cheap material.

Metal very cheap materials-it fell apart within a week

Ok so it did rain but it was not a heavy rain nor hail. But after setting it up for a week and one after hours of light rain for one night.
I came out next day morning only to find a total destroyed tent. most of the metals were broken or bend. Very cheap materials used.
Save your money and invest a little more for better heavier tent.
