[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best product I have found to link all peripherals together and be able to manage them effectively! Much better than Microsoft's J5 Create.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have run multiple monitors from my laptop in the past both without and with (HP) a dock and the Thunderbolt 4 Dock is, by far, a better option! I like that I have my ethernet cable plugged into it, as well as all of the monitor connections and it's on the corner of my desk, not right around the laptop getting in the way.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ThinkPad Universal Thunderbolt 4 Dock works great with the Thinkpad X13 6 Gen. We have numerous peripherals connected including 2 external monitors (display port), KB, mouse, webcam, speakers, and 1gb ethernet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Originally bought another brand due to cost. After having monitor issues with that one I bought two of these and have had zero issues since! I did find that one of the thunderbolt controllers on a laptop was turned off. After reenabling it connected no problem!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought to create a workstation in home office. It is a must. From one lightning connection to my laptop, it allows control of my mouse, keyboard, monitors, and even an audio controller - with so many unused ports left over. Makes it very easy to unplug the laptop and go when I'm leaving the office, but immediately switch back to a more comfortable setup when I return.
Not cheap, but great for those who like a well-equipped desk.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Thunderbolt 4 dock would often lose its HDMI connection when connected to the X1 Carbon Gen 13. The problem was mostly fixed by disabling "DSC", via a little utility that's buried on the Lenovo site.
I chose this doc via the website- selecting my laptop and this was an option. However, when hooked up, the charging would not keep up with use and I got a message that the power was not sufficient. I am using the power cord that came with the dock. Computer is 135w and the output for the Thunderbolt4 is only 100.
