I bought this coffee brewer a year ago and it ceased working. I had registered it and when I contacted Keurig they honored their warranty with a replacement. The new and the old one worked well.
I bought a K Express Coffee maker in August of 2022, in Jan 20203 it stopped working. The store where i purchased it was unable to help me so I contacted Keurig directly. It was a pleasure to get the help i wanted and a replacement. I have owned several Keurigs and will continue to buy going forward. Good customer service.
The Keurig I bought worked just fine until the upper needle broke off. Sure brews a lot faster than the old Keurig's I've owned. I did receive a free replacement which is nice. The only thing is it now makes a noise when it starts brewing.
I would give the first brewer an excellent rating but the replacement I would only give it 3 stars. I won't buy another one.
