I am very impressed when my keurig blew up and I called customer service to see if I could troubleshoot anyway and after I explained everything she found out it was under warranty so a few procedures later about a week I received a new one delivered. It works great! Impressed at the simplicity of it all!! Kudos to Keurig for making this experience great!!
Purchased my Keurig in November as a gift, it stopped brewing in Feb and I immediately called customer service. The lady spoke clearly and told me step by step what she needed and when. In just a matter of an hour I received the email that a new Keurig was approved and on the way. That is perfect customer service!

I bought this almost a year ago, and just recently I cleaned it and had a problem restating it. The de-scaleing light wouldn't go out. The folks at Keurig were extremely understanding and shipped me a replacement in three days. Unbelievable, no one treats people this good. I highly recommend the Keurig company for quality and the ability to stand behind their products.
