I bought my coffee maker a little less than a year ago so it was still under warranty. All I had to do is send a photo of my receipt, s/n, & a note with my address. A couple days later I received a new coffee maker. Thank to your customer care dept. I had a great experience.
Awesome customer service. We love the Express. It brews hot and fast in the mornings when we're in a rush. Our last one broke but Keurig had a replacement in my kitchen in 1 day!!!!!
Recently had a problem with my brewer, it was still under warranty and without hesitation Keurig replaced it with a brand new one. Of all the brewers we had this is by far our favorite. Thank you.
