My first unit broke because the piercing tip does not line up properly with refillable pods..and will not even pierce soft top pods on disposable pods. The replacement is doing the same thing and the piercing tip is going to break if I keep using it. I did not have this problem with my larger Keurig. I did not need the combo unit as I already had a drip pot. I am so disappointed.

My second keurig. First one has lasted more than 10 years at my office. Wanted a small and compact one for my tiny kitchen. Bought it during thanksgiving sale, Unfortunately lasted only a few months but the customer service were understandably, helpful, fast and efficient. Was sent a new one within 2 weeks. Works great, fast compact and brews strong coffee.
