I bought this K Cup Express about a year ago, had a small problem, and was completely satisfied with the response from Keurig. I recommend the Kuerig coffee makers to everyone I know.
Purchased this product 12/29/22 worked for 3 weeks, called 2/1/23 got a warranty replacement 2/14/23. It stopped working 2/26/23. Same thing just won't turn on. Now trying to get a replacement for the replacement and it goes on and on.
I was giving a machine for Christmas about a month and a half later it just died on me no lights would come on nothing could get it to work again. Eventually I googled it to try to figure out how to help fix it nothing would work online it told me to call the company if none of them methods helped I called them I was not on hold long, they were very polite, and told me what to do and emailed me directions of what to do. All I had to do was take a picture of the serial number write down the date of that day and my name and send the pictures back in an email since I got it for Christmas I did not have the receipt and they made it very easy to get my replacement. As soon as I emailed them about an hour later they emailed me telling me my replacement was on the way, about 4:00 or 5 days at the most I received my brand new replacement Keurig and was back to brewing. It was such an easy process and I appreciate them very much thank you it was a great experience to something breaking LOL
The first one only lasted a month. Got the replacement, and it only lasted 3 weeks. So disappointed in this product. I have always used this brand. Will look for another brand to replace.
