This is a replacement product for a performance issue with a previous product. The customer service that I received was remarkable in resolving an issue.
This was a replacement to my 3 month old coffee maker, and this one works perfectly. It takes up little space on my counter and makes a delicious cup of coffee every time. And it's fast! This is perfect for our house, as I am the only coffee drinker. Customer service was great, courteous and helpful, and i had my replacement in no time. Thanks!
We had an issue with our K-express and it quite working. We called Keurig and they handled it promptly and professionally. We had a new machine in a couple of days and a label to return the old one.
I called Keurig Customer Care as my unit quit working. We went through several steps to resolve the problem. The issue couldn't be resolved. To my surprise the representative said my Keurig was barely out of Warranty so they were going to replace which they did. What great customer service. I will be a customer for life.
My keurig pooped the bed and a week later I had a new keurig under my warrenty! I didn’t have my receipt still but they were able to work around that. Such a wonderful company with great customer service! I’d recommend their products to anyone who loves iced or hot drinks on the daily!
I bought the K express because my grandson had one and we had used his and liked it. We no longer pie out coffee. I use k cups and my wife uses the k cup that’s refillable.
