I purchased my machine in March of last year and I registered it online for the warranty. I am so thankful we did! Our machine quit working and so we contacted the company. We followed the steps that they asked for and Viola!! We have a brand new Kuerig sitting on our counter!! We couldn’t be happier and everyone was so helpful and understanding. It was a great experience!! So register your machine!! It’s worth it!!
Got this in August 2022 and when I had a problem in January 2023, Keurig said it was still under warranty and Quickly sent me a replacement. I just had to supply specific info which was easy. I received it in less than a week, it’s making great coffee and I couldn’t be happier with the whole process and that they back up their product so well!
My Keruig stopped working after just 6 months. I called Keruig and they ended up sending me a replacement Keruig. I’m impressed with their customer service. In todays world, that type of customer service is not common. Keep up the great work!
I purchased this product and within a week I needed to use the warranty option to replace the machine. I found the customer service staff to be friendly, professional and detailed oriented. The new machine was delivered within a week as promised and has worked perfectly ever since.
