I purchased my Keurig Express and it stopped working within 3 months. I called Keurig and they replaced it immediately. Their customer service was wonderful and my new machine works great!
I bought a small Kurig coffee maker a few months ago and it stopped powering up. After calling Kurig customer service, you make it very easy to request a replacement and my new Kurig arrived within a few days. Great customer service! Will continue being a Kurig customer!
