If you are trying to replace good luck! I've been waiting for my replacement for 2 months! The handle broke on my red coffee maker. I finally had a notice telling me it was on the way and that was a month ago! Customer care was rude and very difficult to understand. I won't buy another.
I bought this 3 months ago and it burnt out already. This is my second one. The store will not return it because I could not find the receipt for the new one. The warranty is no good without the receipt so I'm out of luck I guess.
I bought this Brewer originally for using the Pods. I have always used my Mr. Coffee pot for making my coffee. This Brewer looked to be perfect for making one cup at a time, and low maintenance....and it is! I have recommended it to my sister, she plans to purchase one.
Our daughter bought us the Keurig Essential just over 3 months ago. We used it daily and loved it! When the light came on to descale, I purchased the kit to descale…but when I descaled the keurig, it just blatantly quit working. I contacted Keurig and talked to the representative and he led me thru a quick test…proving that it was no longer working. A process was explained, as well as an email, as to what information was needed to email them for review. I quickly sent it and I received a quick response! It was taken care of immediately and I was sent the exact same Keurig within a week…with no charge! The manner in which this was handled was quick and with no hassle…a happy customer with a brand new Keurig that we were and are happy with! Thank you Keurig for standing behind your product for us!
