I bought one for my wife as a Christmas present. It stopped working in about a month and had to have it replaced. Not sure how long this one will last but I must say the service was excellent! Almost hassle free and had a brand new one delivered in about a week. Fast and easy and my service rep really seemed to care.
My Keurig broke after less than 2 months. I called Keurig Customer Support and they replaced my Keurig with no issue. Had my new Keurig in less than 2 weeks.
I have owned three Keurig coffee makers over the past several years. After deciding I wanted a very simple one, I bought the single cup Keurig. After a few months it disappointed me when it quit working, but never fear! I had filled out the warranty card and after contacting the company, in just a few days after answering questions and sending a couple of pictures I received a new coffee maker just as I previously had. Thanks Keurig for standing behind your product and being very prompt about it!
I bought my kuerig in October and it stopped working. I notified Kuerig and without hesitation a new one was sent to me. I can’t say enough how I love this coffee maker. Great customer service without any hassle.
The replacement procedure was slightly annoying BUT, it got done and warranty replacement sent out promptly. But, I don't see the whole (handwritten on paper the case # and information including the case # from initial call and my name. I took the photo(s) as requested but just thought the unit on the paper was a unneccessary since the photos and email was being sent. But, I guess that is your procedure. Am a bit disappointed that this unit didn't last even (1) year. This is my 2nd replacement in less than 3 years. Especially for the cost of these unit(s). Not cheap.
