When my Keurig was not working as it should, I called Keurig for troubleshooting advice. Both assistants I spoke to were so helpful. In the end, they replaced my machine but I would like to say that Keurig has the best customer services I have ever used!
I received a Keurig from my daughter as a gift around Christmas. After about a month I had trouble with no water coming out. I called and Keurig was wonderful. I received a replacement in a few short weeks. I love being able to have a quick cup of coffee.

The first one didn’t dispense more than an ounce in any size cup replacement, says that it feels up to a 10 ounce cup. It only dispensers that to an 8 ounce cup.
