Coffee stopped working 11 months after I bought it. Keurig responded immediately after my email. I had to take 3 pictures and email them. I did . After having to take one of them 3 times, they approved my claim. I received the new one within a few days.
Started having problems with my Keurig that I bought less than a year ago. Called the company and as it was still under warranty received a replacement in about 10 days. No hassle! Great Service!
I got gifted a keurig for Xmas 2years ago, and when I descaled it, it unfortunately stopped working properly. I messaged the keurig customer service and they were quick to help me try and solve it and when that didn’t work they sent me a new one to replace the one that was no longer working. Very curteous and amazing help
I received the K-Express as a birthday gift in September. Three and a half months later, it simply quit working. I went through all of the troubleshooting steps I could find online, with no success. I was so upset, because I absolutely LOVE the coffee maker! It is so very fast and convenient to use. I decided to call Keurig customer service, just to double check that I wasn’t missing something. After asking a few questions, they apologized for the malfunction and said they would send a new one, since I had had it less than a year. I was surprised, since I didn’t even have proof of purchase. They bypassed that requirement, since it was a gift. In less than a week I had my brand new K-Express, complete with its own 1 year warranty. I was totally satisfied!
Ordering was a fast easy breeze.only issue I am having is with this product the K express is the 1st or 2nd cup not very hot cups seem to get hotter per use and I got this one bc I only do 1 or 2 you hardly see it steam when it's brewing .and again not extremely hot after brewing.its like drinking very warm coffee not hot.
