I’ve really enjoyed my K-Express, so when a malfunction had me without a coffee maker, I reached out to Keurig. They were courteous, professional, and satisfaction driven. Within days and with minimal effort on my part, they replaced my malfunctioning machine with a brand new brewer. It’s a relief to work with a company that still is concerned with meeting their customers’ needs.
I purchased not quite a year ago worked great and then no warning just quit. Would power on but no brewing. I contacted keurig via phone and they were very polite and helpful. The only reason not a fifth star is I had to take pictures of the machine , the serial number receipt and a hand written note, then email everything to the exact email they sent me. I thought a little overboard but with that said everything went smoothly I received my new machine in about a week and sent the old machine to Keurig as they requested. Satisfied customer
I am happy with this and such a fast and easy start to my morning., However, I do wish that the ounces were larger. Even though I set for 10 oz. my cup is never full and I have to add water. And I'm using a regular size coffee cup. I do love the machine though.

Warranty no Hassel replacement

My coffee maker failed 2 weeks out of warranty and theu replaced it no hassel at all! The young lady I spoke with was very professional and understanding. Took about 15 minutes on the phone and 10 mins on email and it was shipped right away!! I will buy Keurig coffee makers from now on!! Of this is the way they treat customers, they got one for life!!! Thank you Keurig and a special thanks to the young lady I spoke with!!!
I bought this product in June of 2022 it stopped working a few weeks ago. I called Keurig and a replacement was sent quickly with no hassle. My new coffee maker is working fine.
I love Keurig coffee makers. They are simply the best. However there are occasions that you get a defective one. This has happened to me twice in the last 13 years and their quick response for replacement keeps me buying them. Their customer service goes above and beyond!
