My current keurig quit working properly. We rarely used it because it was in a kitchenette in afamily room we use mostly for holidays and family get togethers. It just ran out of warranty and I called to get help on the issue. After going over the issue with it, the customer service department replace my machine. I was so tickled because I didn't expect to have it replaced since the warranty just ran out
Bought a new pot that only lasted 40 or so brews. Called the company and followed their steps to get a replacement. Took a few months...but I got it...thank you keurig. Great job.
