I love my Keurig coffee maker. It is so quick and easy to make a perfect cup of coffee. My K-Express is a space saver. It doesn't take up much space. It has a reservoir and I can fill it and make 2-3 cups of coffee without refilling it. I don't ever want to be without this coffee maker.
My Moms Keurig express machine stopped working. Called Keurig customer service and the representatives were great. Warranty was honored no questions asked.
My husband had this ame one and it had a problem. It was quickly replaced by Kerig. The customer service was amazing. Every part went smoothly. My husband really likes this model. We have been very happy the product. Makes a perfect cup everytime. I like that I can set it for 3 different amounds. It allows me space to experiment with my coffee. It has NEVR overflowed. So I can set it and walk away. Thanks, Kerig!
My Keurig stopped working less than a year after purchase. I contacted customer service and they assisted in a replacement. Great customer service and they stand behind their product.
I bought this model Keuring, used it one month, that's 1 cup per day. Machine lights began flashing 2 times when powered on and that's all it would do. No way to break the cycle, did a ton of troublshooting. Company ended up replacing under warranty. Look online, thousands of people with this same issue on this model, will probably end up in a class action. Buy Keurig, just don't buy this model, and Keurig, use this review to serve as notice, someone better determine what the fault in the machine is that causes this.
