We purchased a K-express after our old K machine died. It was purchased in July of 2022. In December it quit working. I called customer service and the young lady walked me through descaling (I had just descaled earlier in the week). The machine work to make one cup of coffee and then died. Making horrible grinding sounds but not putting water through. I called a second time and explained the situation and was sent a new machine with another warranty. Always important to complete the warranty information. New machine is working great! Thanks for the great service and honoring the warranty!
When our 4 month old Keurig malfunctioned, I called the customer service number. After answering a few questions, a very helpful representative took my information and gave me instructions on how to receive a replacement. The next day I received an email that a new coffeemaker had been shipped. Two days later it was delivered to our door. Thank you, Keurig, for your promptness!!!
This is the third one I’ve owned the first one was a bigger one and you could make larger size cups this new one would be perfect if you could make up to 14oz cups but the largest it has is 10oz but other then that it’s perfect and the replacement process was easy to do just a great company
