Purchased a couple months ago and it stopped working. I was sent a new one within days but wish they would have sent accessories/pods as a gift. Great customer service
I called the Keurig customer service line to see if they could explain how to remove the descaling light off which wouldn't go off after descaling the machine. However they were nice enough to replace my coffee maker with a new one because it was still under warranty. I do appreciate them for doing this. I have not yet descaled this new machine so we'll wait and see. But I love the coffee machine. Thank you Keurig. Btw the customer service staff was so helpful and courteous the whole time.
