Purchased the K-Express Essentials Coffee Maker a year ago and its worked well. Then a couple of weeks ago it stopped dispensing any liquids. I've done the standard descaling and cleaning but nothing resolved the problem. I worked with Keurig and explained my situation and since it was within the 1 year warranty Keurig sent me a brand new coffee maker. Could not have been more pleased with both the product and Keurig service.
