Coffee machine stopped working. Called Customer service. Received prompt and courteous help. Sent me a new machine as my current one had been under warranty.
This unit was sent to replace our coffee maker that was not making the coffee hot. The luke warm coffee it was brewing had to be microwaved to get hot.This replacement unit is a little warmer, but still not making a hot cup of coffee. The convenience of the maker is non existent if I have to microwave it after each brew. Coffee is supposed to be hot, in fact my hot water from my tap gets hotter than this machine makes the coffee. I wanted a machine that makes a HOT cup of coffee. the original one did for the first few months, the replacement has made since we opened it. Very disappointed in the machine. Customer service was great, machine not so much.

The company without hesitation sent us a new coffee machine @ no charge I've never seen a appliance Co jump to such measrures to replace their product at no cost and no haggling
