I recently purchased a Keurig and after a few months it would not descale properly. I called customer service and the gentleman that assisted me was professional, patient, and very helpful. The customer service representative was not able to fix the issue through trouble shooting over the phone. So the company sent me a warranty replacement. I am so glad to enjoy a cup of coffee with my Keurig machine ☕️❤️
I loved my original Keurig but then it had to be replaced. That process was easy. The replacement however does not work with the Keurig reusable cups for bagged ground coffee.
I was very disappointed when the unit stopped working and contacted Keurig. I was about to give up on getting it replaced but kept trying and finally received a new unit.
When my new Keurig unexpectedly quit working I called customer service and explained the situation. The representative was understanding and courteous. I followed her instructions to apply for reimbursement and - lo and behold - the company shipped a brand new Keurig coffee maker to my doorstep, no questions or charges asked. THAT’S what I call service!
I bought this K-Express Coffee Maker for single person use. It was wonderful for a few months until it needed to be de-scaled and then I ran into a leakage problem. The product failed sooner that expected so giving it a 4 star rating. Customer service ROCKS! I would give them a 5 star rating.
