This is my 2nd in 6 months and it broke after 2 weeks use. They r made terribly. My 1st one lasted 8+ yrs, my 2nd lasted 6 months maybe and the 3rd lasted 2 weeks. Something needs to b done to make these better especially for how much they charge for one.

We bought a k express coffee maker and where very happy with it until one day it just stopped working. I emailed the company and was told they would look into it and wanted to make things right. Well we couldn't be happier because they sent us a new one NO CHARGE. We are now back to making our coffee and hot chocolate. Thank you keruig for the great service.
