Great company and a great product! My Keurig recently stopped working and I was able to call customer service and they took the time to troubleshoot it with me. It was easy to reach someone and they were very helpful and soft by SU with me! I am very grateful.
I bought this item several months ago, and after I tried to descale it, it wouldn't turn on. I called C/S and they confirmed my warranty and sent me a new coffee maker in 3 days. Needless to say, we were THRILLED and their prompt response and action.
I contacted Keurig customer service about my K-Express coffee maker. The representative patiently worked with me as we tried to resolve the issue. Eventually a new K-Express was ordered for me, the representative was professional and courteous during the entire call. I applaud Keurig for handling the exchange with the most care, exceptional! Forever Keurig fans!
I had a problem with my single cup Keurig, one month out, of its 1 year warranty. They kindly replaced it anyway. They are to be applauded for their consideration and easiness to work with. I highly recommend Keurig for all your coffee needs.
