I bought this item several months ago, and after I tried to descale it, it wouldn't turn on. I called C/S and they confirmed my warranty and sent me a new coffee maker in 3 days. Needless to say, we were THRILLED and their prompt response and action.

I contacted Keurig customer service about my K-Express coffee maker. The representative patiently worked with me as we tried to resolve the issue. Eventually a new K-Express was ordered for me, the representative was professional and courteous during the entire call. I applaud Keurig for handling the exchange with the most care, exceptional!
