My Keurig stopped working after descaling. I called customer service immediately. They were fast, friendly, and quickly got me a replacement. I’m back to enjoying my morning coffee.
K-Express just stopped working within a year, contacted customer service and they were friendly and processed my warranty replacement immediately. Had my replacement in less than a week. Now that is what I call customer service!!
In the past five years I’ve only had two problems with the machines. And both times I called the answer quickly they were nice efficient and have another replacement out the door within minutes I am very very happy with the customer service this company
