This was a replacement after the first coffee maker quit working for me after not quite 6 months. Hopefully this one lasts a little longer than that. I love the small size and how fast a cup of coffee brews.
I had problems with the coffee maker and called customer service to troubleshoot see if we could get it going. We couldn’t and they sent me a replacement right away ..A1 customer service
I purchased the first K-Express last month, and it did work properly. I called customer service asking for help and it was determined the product did not work correctly either. The process was very simple to get a new one at no cost. I received the product within 10 days as promised. My new K-Express works fantastic! I just would like to mention again the CSR was extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable! Thank you
Excellent warranty and customer service. After contacting Keurig, and advising of the cleaning/scaling light on my K Express would not go off after a thorough de-scaling was completed, I was advised that the warranty would cover replacement of the entire machine. In approx. one week I received a brand new K Express replacement.
Easy to have the coffeemaker replaced. Even without the receipt because I had bought it on line. Received the replacement in 3 days. Down side is the replacement doesn't heat the water up.
Their customer service is on point yall. They answer the phone almost immediately. Not a recorded message with promps. Real live person and they took care of my issue and replaced my machine right away and I had it in a a few days. They rock
I bought a Keurig coffee maker. It had a problem after 11 months. Thank you Keurig for a fast replacement on warranty. We currently have 4 Keurig coffee makers and enjoy them all. Thanks again.
