I've always enjoyed Keurig coffee! I've had more than one because I've discovered new features. But I had one for awhile and it developed a problem I couldn't fix. I called the company and I had a free replacement in days!
I enjoy every cup. I want to especially thank the staff. My original failed under the warranty time. The staff was so helpfull walking me through the process and replace the unit. It is great to see excellent customer service
I bought my Keurig in March 22 & it just quit working but you guys sent out my replacement the very next day after my call. Customer service was amazing.
