Purchased last November machine had worked fine and made the best tasting coffee! Unfortunately it just stopped working one day so I reached out to customer support and they were very friendly and proceeded to ask a few simple questions and in a few days my replacement was at my door. Highly recommend Keurig for all your coffee needs!!
I had a K-Express coffee maker and it quit working properly, so I contacted the company to let them know and they sent me a new one, very easy to deal with and very fast. My new coffee pot works great. Very satisfied.
