I bought a Keurig K-Express last December and recently had an issue with it after my husband descaled it. I called customer service and they were Johnny on the spot! The representative was very efficient in assisting me. I received my replacement a few days after making the call. Very impressed with how quickly they took care of me!
I bought this Keurig as a replacement for another one that bit the dust. That one was a LOT more complicated and had a much larger footprint. This one is simplistic and functional at the same time! As long as you don't remove the water reservoir while it is making coffee...this machine seems bulletproof and makes a quick and decent cup of coffee.

I bought a Keurig four months ag and it stopped working so I called Keurig and they replaced it right away with a new one through the one year warranty. I rectitude within a week and I’m back in love with my daily cappuccinos. I’m not a coffee drinker but this machine is great for the cappuccino, hot chocolate and the mocha macchiato k-cups.
