The descale light would not go out after multiple attempts to descale so I called Keurig and after running thru a shirt troubleshooting sequence it was devices the machine was defective so they sent me a new one. It arrived quickly and works perfectly.
I purchased a K-Express coffee last March. Unfortunately it stopped working a few weeks ago. When I called Customer Service I was quite surprised at how quickly they were able to verify my purchase agree that it was under warranty and ship me a new one. It only took about 15 minutes start to finish was simple. I’m a long time user and love their products.
Bought original maker when we downsized to smaller kitchen counter space. After a few months did a descaling it wouldn’t make coffee. Call customer service and they took all my information and sent out new maker.
