My first Keurig lasted 10 years so when I needed a new coffee maker I bought a new Keurig. I had a problem with this maker within 10 months. Morning Coffee from our red Keurig machine is a daily ritual. When our descaling light would not turn despite repeated efforts, I called customer care and learned I was eligible for a brand new machine. The replacement in red, as requested, arrived promptly. Perfect gift from kids!! We use daily & I personally love trying all the different coffee flavors available. Plus ice tea, cocoa, & my husband’s favorite “standard” coffee. This machine offers something for everyone.
Very easy coffee maker to use and registered the warranty on line. However something went wrong and it quit working after a few months. I went to their website and it was super easy to file a claim. They approved the claim and shipped out a new one promptly. Most Excellent !!
