Company sent me a replacement due to a malfunction on mine. I love this coffee maker. It automatically turns on when you lift the lid and also has an automatic shut off ( for those of us who forget to turn it off) Also, doesn’t take up a lot of space on counter. Would recommend to anyone!

I bought my first one a few months ago. Worked great but then I had to descale it and it broke. When I called for help I was treated with the up most respect. They sent me a new one and had it in 2 days. I still love it even though my first one broke.
