Everyone that spoke with me was so kind and polite. After each phone call, I received emails with complete instructions for returning old Keurig. I received my new Keurig within a week! So happy with their service!!
I have been trying to reach someone. My replacement did not come with any paperwork. Warranty card gir replacement which I was told to fill out asap. No instructions and came in plain white box. This is photo of replacement serial number. What do I do about warranty on new brewer???? Please respond.
