I was not happy that after 4 months of very little use the coffee maker broke,useless. I called Keurig about what happenend, they told me send photos and document about this product. I submitted all the requirements and within 2 days they sent a replacement which arrived 3 days later. For this I give Keurig a 5 star rating, however for the coffee maker itself, i can only give a 2 star rating due to my experience with it.
I had my big kerig for 3 years loved it but it was big. So when it died I got this one loved the size. But this one not so much ,had to have it replaced with in 2 months. So giving it another try. Staff was not helpful and frustrating to get it replaced but after 7 hours of phone calls they did. Here’s hopeing for the best,
I had my Keurig 3 cup for 8 months and it suddenly quit working. I called customer service and after troubleshooting it she told me the couple of steps to take and I would have a new one sent to my home In a few days and sure enough here came my brand new Keurig! For me this was amazing! So thanks so much for making this so easy for me, I really appreciate your professionalism and kindness in this matter! Y’all are a great company!
I love this brewer so much! My Keurig died. I called Keurig. They walked me through troubleshooting. It didn't work, but it was under warranty so they replaced it. Thanks Keurig!!
